Childcare worker

 

 We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced person.

You must have a good knowledge of OFSTED standards and be able to deliver the EYFS or be happy to work towards qualifying.  You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines,  good understanding of children’s needs, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO and the importance of maintaining parental partnerships etc.   

 

Hours of work are negotiable.

 

You will be part of a friendly and co-operative team where everyone’s input is valued and where work load is evenly shared.  To love spending time developing the potential of young children, to be flexible and friendly are pre-requisites for this job.

Childcare Manager Vacancy

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Manager to join Rosie’s Childcare. We provide childcare for children aged 0 - 5 years old. We follow the Curiosity Approach.

 

The candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the setting.

 

You will be an individual that inspires, leads, motivates and takes pride in their role on a day-to-day basis. You must be committed, organised and flexible, and have excellent customer facing skills and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the legal and early years requirements are met in line with our policies and procedures.

 

Requirements of the role

 

Relevant Childcare qualification at level 3 or above.

Passionate about providing the best standard of care and education.

Experience of supporting and supervising staff.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and implementing it into practice.

Good knowledge of child development.

Thorough knowledge of childcare legislative polices and their implementation.

Knowledge of OFSTED standards.

Have the ability to lead, develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outside agencies.

 

The position is full time Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm however we can offer 4 days per week if required.
