Childcare worker

 

 We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced person.

You must have a good knowledge of OFSTED standards and be able to deliver the EYFS or be happy to work towards qualifying.  You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines,  good understanding of children’s needs, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO and the importance of maintaining parental partnerships etc.   

 

Hours of work are negotiable.

 

You will be part of a friendly and co-operative team where everyone’s input is valued and where work load is evenly shared.  To love spending time developing the potential of young children, to be flexible and friendly are pre-requisites for this job.

Early Years Practitioner Vacancy

This role is the perfect opportunity for childcare professionals who wish to progress in the job they love, in a stunning environment, within a growing company. You will be an integral part of the team who will all be responsible for the delivery of the childcare in the setting. You will ensure children are cared for in a safe environment and you must have the ability to work across all the age groups planning and delivering a varied and engaging activity programme. It will be your role to provide the very best experience for the children in your care.

We provide childcare for children aged 0 - 5 years old and follow the Curiosity Approach.

​

The ideal candidate would be patient, enthusiastic and kind. Level 2/3 in Early years would be preferable but is not essential. All training will be given to the right candidate who will be supported by our experienced team.

​

Requirements -
Relevant Childcare qualification at level 2 or above (desirable)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and implementing it into practice.
Good knowledge of child development.
Thorough knowledge of childcare legislative polices and their implementation.
Knowledge of OFSTED standards.

Our working hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Full time is 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, we can be flexible to reduce the number of days for a part time applicant.

​

We offer continuous professional development in all essential areas as well as offering staff any extra training to support and develop their specific childcare interests.

​

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

Salary dependant on experience.

​

Salary: £19,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
